The lobby is staffed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays. Visitors at other times should go to the vestibule and push the intercom button. Inmates are allowed two personal visits per week (one per day): they are 30 minutes in length. All visitor information is submitted by the inmate and approved by a Program Specialist prior to a visit. No more than two adults will be allowed into a visiting area at once or groups no larger than four (i.e. two adults and two children or one adult and three children). Visitors must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The only exception to this is if the minor is a spouse of the inmate. In that case, proof of marriage may be required. All visitors 18 years of age or older will be required to provide a valid photo identification.

With the exception of facility emergencies, facility lockdowns, and similar situations, visits from attorneys of record, law enforcement, clergy, psychologists, doctors, etc. will be allowed for professional reasons at any time. Professional visitors need a photo and professional identification such as a state bar card. All other visits are not allowed during lockdown and meal periods or facility emergencies unless prior arrangements have been made. An inmate is allowed to receive telephone calls from his/her attorney provided the call is previously scheduled by the attorney.

A return name and address must also be placed on the envelope, failure to properly address the envelope will result in the mail being returned to sender.
Once the mail is received at the mail center it will be digitally scanned and available to be viewed on kiosks and tablets.

The facility will continue to accept:A. Legal Mail
a. Must be labeled Legal and addressed to the inmate.
b. No personal letters will be permitted within the envelope.
B. Money Orders
a. Must be labeled on the envelope.
b. No personal letter will be permitted within the envelope with the money order or the entirety of the envelope will be returned to sender.
C. Newspapers, magazines and books will be accepted if they are sent directly from the publisher or bookstore (provided they do not portray nudity or sexual content).
