Physical Facilities is the group responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings and mechanical systems. We maintain seven buildings which includes:

• Electrical

• HVAC

• Plumbing

• Snow removal

• Painting

• Building Automation

• Housekeeping

• Security/Door Access

We do it all from hanging pictures to remodeling rooms. We have skilled maintenance mechanics and housekeepers so we can fix issues as they arise. We take work orders and serve our customers to the best of our ability. With the skills our staff possess, we save the taxpayers thousands of dollars. Whether it is replacing a motor in an air handler, or setting up for one of the many meetings held in the Admin Building, we are always available to help out when needed.
