WIC is a special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children to help keep families healthy and strong. WIC serves those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum, as well as infants and children up to age five. Foster parents and relatives may also apply on behalf of an infant or child in their care.
WIC offers nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy foods, and referrals to health services and other resources such as immunizations and lead screenings. A list of program benefits can be found here: WIC Program Benefits

WIC participants can also take advantage of the WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program which is available to participants each summer from June to September. Ask the Dodge County WIC office to learn more about this program.
