Absentee ballots may be counted if postmarked no later than Election Day and received by the Municipal Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday following the election. In addition, voters who cast provisional ballots may provide whatever documentation is required no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Friday after the election in order for their provisional ballot to be counted.
